Brad Antle | President & CEO, Salient Federal Solutions

President and CEO of Salient Federal Solutions, Inc. (Salient), Brad Antle brings three decades of experience as a leader in developing and delivering information technology solutions. His entrepreneurial spirit thrives on building companies that are relevant not just for today, but to the needs of customers in the future. In 2009 he formed Salient, a Federal IT solutions business.

Prior, he was President and CEO of SI International, Inc. and led company growth to $580M in revenue. Antle is a highly recognized and respected industry leader and is the Chairman for the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC); the largest technology council in the nation. He also served in the U.S. Navy for eight years and retired from the Naval Reserve as captain.


Kevin Black | Human Resources Director – Infrastructure and Cloud Computing, Dell Services Federal Government Division

Kevin Black is a strategic human resources executive with more than 20 years of multi-billion dollar Fortune 500 management experience providing goal-oriented business strategy, operations, program and human resources expertise with vision and creativity. Mr. Black has led geographically dispersed teams through business issues unique to program startups and project closeouts, as well as mergers and acquisitions. His international experience includes leading projects and teams in Asia Pacific, Mexico, the United Kingdom and Europe.


Susie Bonvouloir | Human Resources Consultant

Susie Bonvouloir is a senior executive leader in talent management, human capital due diligence, and strategic human resources consulting. She has proven operational strength in business transformation and merger and acquisition in IT services, IT solutions, and business process services organizations. Susie blends strategic direction with operational excellence as a hands-on leader who digs into solving problems, improving processes, and working employee issues. Susie most recently led HR for CGI’s US, Europe and Asian operations and is currently consulting on HR and operational practices. Susie is a graduate of James Madison University and an active member of JMU’s CIS Executive Advisory Board.


Holly Edington | Senior Vice President, Corporate Office Properties Trust

Holly G. Edington is Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT). Prior to joining COPT in May 2008, she was Director, Corporate Human Resources for Black & Decker. Her significant accomplishments include rebuilding the Corporate HR function, implementing an HR technology strategy and streamlining the recruiting process. Previously, Holly was Vice President and Division Controller for The Rouse Company, where she contributed for 16 years. She brings over 25 years of real estate, finance and HR experience to COPT.


Jodi Johnson | CEO , Titania Solutions Group, Inc.

Co-founder and CEO of Titania Solutions Group, Ms. Jodi Johnson has spent her career in the defense and operational intelligence services space. A proud veteran of the U.S. Army where she served in Military Intelligence, Ms. Johnson has more than 25 years experience in industry building and leading services organizations of excellence. She has experience in both privately held and publicly traded company sectors, with emphasis on strategic planning and execution, business development, mission services, and organizational and talent acquisition development. Prior to forming Titania in 2012, she led several major company acquisitions and subsequent integrations, remaining in each organization in an executive leadership role. Of note, her former organization, Oberon Associates which was acquired by Stanley Associates in 2008, was a CARE award winner, selected two years in a row as a Greater Washington Contractor of the Year, and following the Stanley deal, was named Deal of the Year. Ms. Johnson is active on several boards, and is actively involved in several charities focused on support to children, poverty, hunger, education and the military, veterans and their families.


Howard L’Heureux | President, Knowetix, Inc.

Howard A. L’Heureux, PMP, is President of Knowetix, Inc., in Reston, Virginia. Knowetix provides world-class Human Capital Development and Organizational Development services in Northern Virginia and nationwide to “Teach people to hunt in the fields of their imagination and to fish in the waters of their organization, so they can feed themselves with knowledge to seek challenges that advance the greater good.” He is responsible for corporate business operations and processes for Strategic Direction-Finding, Human Resource Planning & Effectiveness, Training Services and Management & Leadership Development. Howie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University and has been in the Learning & Development industry for 24 years in the Defense, Public and Private sectors.


Amy Panzarella | Vice President, American Public University System

Ms. Amy Panzarella is the Vice President of Human Resources at American Public University System. She joined the University in 2008 and is responsible for all aspects of human resources including budget, healthcare benefits, professional training and development, and compliance. Since her arrival, Ms. Panzarella has developed and increased the HR Department staffing levels to accommodate the growing needs of APUS employees. Under her leadership, the HR Department completely streamlined and automated the employee benefits, performance management, and recruiting processes. Ms. Panzarella’ s goal is to position the HR Department as a strategic partner within the organization, aligning its efforts and objectives with the mission and vision of APUS.


Walter Sanderson | Vice President, Staffing and Diversity, Sirius XM

Walt Sanderson leads Staffing & Diversity for SiriusXM Satellite Radio. He has been with the firm since 2007. He left CitiGroup, where he managed the staffing function for a 5,000 employee division of the company headquartered in Saint Louis, MO, to join SiriusXM. He has previously held senior Human Resources leadership assignments with Express Scripts, Inc., MedManagement, Prudential Home Mortgage and MCI.

He holds MBA and BBA degrees from the George Washington University and currently lives in Upper Marlboro, MD.

He is also a founding member of the B Company, 54th Regiment Volunteer Infantry, a Civil War reenacting group, which assisted in the filming of Glory, Somersby and several episodes of the History Channel’s show, The Civil War Journal and marched in the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Parade.
