About the Panelists
Dr. Kenneth Yusko, Professor, Human Resources at Marymount University, is an industry leader in the research and design of strategic employee selection, development, and performance management systems. His research on negotiation and conflict management in the legal field earned him a grant from the National Science Foundation.
Mr. Nik Shah is a Principal and People Analytics Leader with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Human Resource Services practice based in Washington, DC metro region. He leads PwC’s Saratoga Workforce Analytics and Survey practice helping HR departments make better evidenced based decisions related to their workforce.
Ms. Kimberly Russell is on the Human Resources Team for Philips Corporation, Baltimore, MD, with a successful track record of accomplishments in finance and HR has most recently has been working with a domestic and international team on developing people analytics for corporate decision making.
Dr. Virginia Bianco-Mathis, Professor, Chair, Management and Marketing, Marymount University, is a leading consultant and professor in the areas of strategic planning, organization development, and human resources. Her research in executive coaching and leadership has led to many publications and international presentations.
